Good Morning!

Right now I am leaning toward going down to the 20kg since I can swing it longer and with better form for longer and really concentrating on my form.....? I can always up my swings to the 24 later in the program or go thru etk again with the 24 next time..... any thoughts?

Jane::: I fixed it so you can leave comments on my blog now :) I requested 2 books from your list, and then this morning Girl with a Dragon Tatoo came in at the library for me!!! So many books, to little time!! lol... I read hhow you donate the books you buy to your library on another thread. I think that is so nice!!:):)

Marcy, I couldn't do it. I tried, really I did, but I just couldn't get into it. :( I don't think it suits my personality or my style, if that makes sense.

After trying Budokon, I popped in one I haven't done in AGES, Janis Saffell's Hardcore Circuit. It brought back great memories! I couldn't use my handweights, though I tried, and in between each cardio segment I did pull ups and push ups, of course. I have become an "up" junkie! :p

Tomorrow I my rest day.

Deanie, that is a great question, and I have no idea. :eek: I would love to hear the advice you get, though.

Gotta run! We have a birthday party, and it looks like I don't have time to shower - YUCK! :eek:

Hi Everyone!

I was going to do a workout in my backyard today but I was a baby...too cold...so I did Circuit Blast and followed that with AMRAP in 10 minutes of 10 thrusters, 10 kb pull over situps and 30 swings.

I really like Circuit Blast. It was fun and has my favorite box jumps!!

Deanie ~ I think you should use the 20kg since you have better form and you can go for longer. Is it possible to use your 24kg and when your form starts going can you switch to the 20kg?

You'll have to let me know how you like The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo. I have that on my wish list as well. I donate to the library whenever I can. They are trying to get funds to build on to the library so they have book sales twice a year so I donate my books for that reason. I'm not sure if some are used for the sale and some for the shelves.

No workout today. I did a monumental cleaning of the bathroom and laundry room...lots of scrubbing on my hands and knees...kinda like Daniel-san in The Karate Kid...wax on, wax off. :p If only it could stay that clean forever.

Hi All,

I braved the cold (39 degrees) and went running this afternoon. I ran about 3 miles. Then I came home and did AMRAP in 10 minutes of clean/squat/press 5/5 and windmills 5/5.

Deanie ~ Great video. I can see you doing that!! Enjoy your rest day.
