[/FONT]So, that’s 50 double-unders, 50 sit-ups. Then 40 DUs, and 40 sit-ups… etc. Record total time to comments.
NOTES:
**used regular jumprope
**I can't yet do DUs, so I did : 150,120,90,60,30 jumpropes for Annie. Kept the sit-ups the same.
** had a rough start with the jumprope, kept getting caught under my feet.

- Jump rope, 3:00 used white jumprope
- Practice the technique as taught by Buddy Lee in this video – bounce, bounce, explode

- Set 1: 3-5 reps 5@ 135#
- Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@120#

- Set 1: 3-5 reps 5@55#
- Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@50#

- “Annie”
