BMF was most definitely pukeworthy. It was hot in my gym, so I was careful to pace myself. My legs are really feeling it from the last two days.
You've mentioned that your brother also does a lot of kettlebell stuff, too. Is he trying to get certified?

The Chief was hard. I was really spent by the end. I wanted to get in at least 3 full rounds for 5 rounds...maybe next time.
