Good Morning gals

Quick post just getting us started. No workout for me today: between the deadlifts yesterday and TOM today, I'm taking a rest day busy day for me today, work till 2, DS13's first softball game at 3 so I am picking up ds9 at school first then going to the game, then ds9 has soccer practice, then I have mahjong here tonight, so I have to clean the bathroom!!! ugh! I'm tired already!! LOL

Hi Everyone!

Today I'm doing a running kettlebell workout. I will probably run though it twice. It will look like this:

5 Thrusters (r) - run 200m
5 Thrusters (l) - run 200m
10 High Pulls (r) - run 200m
10 High Pulls (l) - run 200m
15 Swings (r) - run 2 suicide sprints
15 Swings (l) - run 2 suicide sprints

Good morning!

I got stuck late at work last night and couldn't get to the gym, so no workout. I'll try again tonight, but I slept really badly last night...my brain would NOT shut off. Anyhoo, nuff whining from me.

Deanie - Enjoy your busy rest day and your evening of mahjong. When I know company's coming the first thing I do is clean the bathroom, too.

Jane - I like that workout...even the thruster part.

Good Morning!

Started with 10 KTEs, then did Robert Steinbacher's Step Sensation for the first time. He's a Belgian instructor with Evolution. Fun, but a little frustrating on a couple of combos. Ended with 3 chinups.
