Good Morning!

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. We were picking up DS13 at camp. We got to watch the championship game (his team won!) and then spent the day in Annapolis with his friends. Very nice day:)

Anywhoo, yesterday was Resolution II (every time I do this workout I like it more!); and today was track-tastic from crossfit 603. great workout, and I'm ready for a rest day tomorrow!

Good Morning!

I did Willpower & Grace this morning by Stacey Lei Krauss. Great fusion workout. It's warmup, cardio, stretch and then core. The core is done slowly and feels more intense that way. Supermans felt completely different today.

Deanie - Welcome back! Did your DS enjoy camp? Congratulations on DS's win! Thanks for the article.

Yesterday was a practice day and today is my rest day.

Marcy: I've got that Stacey Lei Strauss DVD its a good one. I just get a little dizzy doing the circular moves at the beginning where she says 'trust your feet' lol.

Laura - I almost got dizzy. This doesn't look like much in the beginning but it really got my heart rate up. I wish she'd make another one.

I'm just ducking in here really quick to post my workout for today. I'm busy today.

There is a 1 minute rest between rounds.
Round 1
1 Minute Squat Jumps
2 Minute Swings


Round 2
1 Minute Walking Lunges
2 Minutes Med Ball Slams


Round 3
1 Minute Squats
2 Minutes Jump Rope

Round 4
1 Minute Jingle Jangles
1 Minute Walking Swings
1 Minute Mr. Spectaculars

Round 5
1 Minute Box Jumps
1 Minute Sandbag Carries or farmer’s walk
1 Minute Sled Drag

DH and I hung out yesterday and went to see "The Hangover". It was completely crass but extremely funny.

I did 3 rounds of The Pinnacle and KM class. Today is a stretch day.

Rhonda - I'm pretty sure I have over 200 although I haven't counted lately. I'm curious myself so I'll try and get a count over the weekend.

Hi All!

I missed checking in yesterday, busy day. Anyhow, yesterday was CC#4 and today was AOS Providence. I overslept this morning and only got in 6 rounds, but I did them all with my middle sized KB :D

Deanie~ I'm still trying to figure out Resolution..great job!
