Got it done! I ended up not running today just because I woke up feeling like I didn't want to run.

I love the flexibility with the Program Minimum! Here's what I did do:
5 minutes TGU with 20#, 7 on each side (I evened it out)
Cashed out: AMRAP in 10: 5 clean and jerks (wimpy weight) and 10 push-ups, got 8 rounds in
Gayle, I do another check-in with a woman that skis and I really think it's awesome! I have been one time and I stink really really badly! There aren't any slopes around here, so I guess I have an excuse ;]. I do admire your skills, though! I like to water ski. I used to be really good, but like all things you don't use I am sure I stink at that now, too! It's been yyyeeeeeeaaaaaaaaarrrrrsssss!

I also fell down hills when I attempted skiing. I bet it looks funny.

Our current temp is 10, windchill of -6. And I can't find my gloves either!
Deanie, sorry about your wrists! Do you have any forearm burning with that heavy of a kb, and do you do exercises for strengthening your grip?
And what did you think of I Capture the Castle?
