Karies one body part per day rotation

Hey guys, i've finally decided to stick with the one body part per day rotation. I have never done a set rotation like this. I always have done an upper/lower split or full body. I'm a little scared of the change b/c i'm a creature of habit but i want to stick with this long enough to see results. so this is what i plan to do for the next 4 weeks starting on monday.
monday: 30 min chest,one segment from core max, 30 min cardio
tuesday: 30 min back, 30 min cardio
wednesday: legs and one segment from coremax
thrusday: 15-20 min shoulders, 30 min cardio
friday: 15-20 min biceps, one segment of core max, 30 min cardio
saturdday: 15-20 min triceps, 30 min cardio

each muscle will be from a combination of videos i have. as well as the cardio will be from IMAX 2 or 3, running, ellipical, cardio segments from BC and KPC, etc. I chose to do less time on my smaller muscles (bis,tris, and shoulders) b/c they fatigue quicker and are already being worked with my larger upper body muscles. after doing this rotation for 4 weeks i will do a week or two of 3 full body/circuit workouts and 3 cardio days.

I'm seeing so many great posts on one body part per day so i need to try it. I'm expecting good results. I'll keep you posted weekly on how its going.
 
Did you know that Cathe actually put together a one body part per day rotation? It's very good. I was using it for a while and got great results. You should check it out.
 
thanks, i have seen it. i'm just going to do my own thing right now. so i will post what i have done since monday. i didn't decide to do one body part until yesterday so this week will be a little off.
monday: muscle max
tuesday: drillmax cardio premix
wednesday: GS back and i added lat pull downs and seated rows (3sets of 10) at the end; i have a bowflex. then i ran for 30 min
it felt great to work one muscle to exhaustion. tomorrow will be GS chest and i will add on standing chest flys; 30 min on the ellipical.
 
Today I did GS chest and the ab portion of cardio and weights. I then did intervals 1-5 of IMAX 3. By the end of my chest workout I couldn't lift my arms. I made a little too much noise today in the living room lifting and my fiance' came out at 6a.m. telling me how loud i was. I told him he's just going to have to deal with it if he wants a good look wife;-) I like doing just a section of the imax's. knowing that i only have 30min of it makes me push that much harder during the intervals. when i do the whole thing i feel like my intervals towards the end suffer b/c i'm fatigued.
Plans for tomorrow: B&G probably one of the premixes and GS shoulders
 
this morning I did the legs only premix off of B&G. I thought my legs were going to fall off! I then did GS shoulders only. Overall i had a great workout this morning. I was a little tired upon waking but once I started all of those lunges i soon woke up:) Tomorrow i will bi's and tri's from GS and 30 min on the ellipical.
