I just returned from a sunny and relaxing week in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I have a great tan, a few cool souveniers, and about 3 or 4 extra pounds to show for it!
My eating was NOT clean and my workouts less than stellar. The plan was to eat whatever I wanted guilt-free, as long as I worked out every morning. However, the fitness center was crappy and WAY too hot to walk/run on the beach, unless it was 3 or 4 am.
The first night I got a little, ahem, drunk :9 so I didn't get up for my workout. The next 3 days I did force myself to do it, but it didn't feel good. Finally, the last 3 days, I just rested.
I look like I came home pregnant with a cheeseburger. Oh well, I will get back my [semi] flat stomach.
First thing this morning I did all 90 minutes of Body Max 2 -- oh how I missed Cathe!!
No wireless internet at my resort, so I couldn't check in on you all. I have a lot of catching up to do!
