I finally learned how to do a "one arm row" properly! I've been doing them wrong ALL these years. I was watching Cathetv on youtube and saw her teach proper form. What a difference! Thank you Cathe!

Congrats, Terina. It was great Cathe was very technical during STS. One small change of movement can change what muscles are being used.
