Hi! I am a huge Cathe fan, as I think we all are. I have created my own workouts--both cardio & weights together. I also have my own cardio equipment. I have an elliptical, treadmill, and arc trainer. I am in very good shape and do a ton of Cathe's plyos + interval training on my machines. Just wondering how many of you out there do more than one workout per day (when you get the chance). I love to workout two times per day and was just curious as to how many others do & feel the same.
