Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday June 12, 2025 at 9:30am EST, we’ll be doing “ Lower Body Power Sculpt” LIVE. This tough lower body workout combines strength and endurance. We’ll kick things off with intense weight work both on and off the step, and finish off with high rep barre work.

Equipment Needed:

Light tension firewalker loop (pink)

A full sized step with 3 risers under each side

A variety of dumbbells (we’ll be using 10’s -15’s, but feel free to grab 20’s if you’d like to go heavier).

A fitness mat
