Good Tuesday Morning!

So how is everyone doing? Getting the hang of the new forums & all the goodies in Cathe land?


Today I'm up bright & early have some things outside of the house to attend to this am.

I'm feeling 90% better and I am thrilled that I believe I can put away my motrin and heating pad

I have a TM run scheduled today actually got up at 5am to do it but my eyes were burning so hit the snooze button and rolled over again. I'm up now though! ;)

Ready to do either CCv5 or 7 OR maybe even dust of one of my iTread's and let Grace whoop in my ear lol - she's one to push me hard too.

Anyhoo..... I'll BBL

I haven't decided what DVD to pop in today. Something cardio though.

Hi Vilma! Kathy! and all to follow today....

Here I am, procrastinating.. I drive myself crazy sometimes! But we are actually doing the majority of our packing this morning and leaving after lunch. Check In at the Hotel isn't until 3pm.

I did NO workout Sunday or Monday. I swear , I was crazed yesterday, looking at people doing runs on the way to the store, and jealous and sad it wasn't ME! I am pathetic!. This "Recovery/Rest Week" is going to kill me, I'm tellin ya! No workout scheduled today, well maybe "PACKINGMAX"...

Enjoy your endorphins today without me! :D

I also am DYING to explore this CatheNation! It has SO MUCH I want to do!! :eek:

Okay... I better get outtahere... You girls have fun.

 
Hi Everyone! Chris, you are too funny! So hard to rest.....

I did HSC this morning for the first time in a long time -- I liked it! My memory of it was that it was too quick with equipment changes, but I didn't feel that way at all this morning.

Kathy & Vilma, I hope you enjoyed your cardio high!

Checking back in with FIRM Advanced Cardio Blast and FIRM Express Cardio. I also did segment 1 of FIRM Abs...

Chris: Maybe a walk will help you feel like your working out without actually working out. I do that on rest days sometimes to keep moving a little..

Beth: I did HSC a couple of days ago and I enjoy it too..

We have some new members in our social group. YEAH!! Welcome.. Do you ladies want to keep checking in on both or go over to the social group area to check in? I am ok doing either one..
 
Beth: I wanted to ask you how that poison oak was? Is it all gone yet? Not sure if you had mentioned it or not.

HSC is actually planned this week for me so glad that the equipment changes are not so fast. I haven't done that one in a long time either. With so many dvds there are months at a time where I won't use a particular dvd until it comes up on a rotation.


Chris: I hope you have a great time on your vacation - You had me laughing as I could feel the antsyness in your post about a rest week.


Kathy: Glad you decided on your cardio for today - all Firms too . I haven't gone by the social group yet as I am doing my rounds on the forums 1st.

As for me I wound up doing CCv7 - awesome ! Just awesome!

I love how my entire body wakes up and my mood is just way up there.

Nothing better than a good ol' endorphin rush to start the day.
 
Hey Vilma, the poison oak is much better. Still a bit redish and itches at night, but it's almost all gone. Hopefully no one in the cathe locker rooms will be horrified!

I am dying to do cc7 since reading it's your favorite. I've done it before, but I can't keep the cc's straight. I figure if I can't get up in time for Cathe's step class Friday morning, I'll do cc 7 on the treadmill.

Kathy, I'm not sure if it makes sense to keep doing the checkin or the social group -- personally I'd prefer whatever is easier to get to, but I haven't had enough experience with the new website to know which that is! But, honestly, I don't care all that much.
