Hi I was looking on Tracey Staehles website. Are you her in upcoming Sweatfest dvds? If so I just wanted to say I enjoyed reading your blog and congrats!!! You look awesome in your pics and like your having so much fun. I can't wait to hear your opinion of these dvds and a run down of how great the workouts will be.

Wow, thanks! I will write more about my experience later, I promise. I have nothing but respect for instructors - they have to call their right their left, cue, choreograph movements to music, all while instructing, keeping good form, and smiling. But after being involved in a filming - I have even more respect for them. They are amazing!!!

Tracey was in the studio for 14 hours the day she shot Sweatfest!!!

I'll write more about the workouts later, I promise! Right now, I gotta eat lunch and get back to work.

Jillybean, what a great experience for you. Your diary was very inspirational and you look fabulous. And now because I have finally checked out Tracy's site I have to spend even more money on workout videos. My DH will thank you;-) .
