I just did this workout for the first time,and at first your looking at what she's doing and your thinking ofcourse I can do this. Then you get going and after about five minutes your like, this is harder than it looks. I just started it but I can already feel this workout. I'm thinking about getting some of her other workouts.
 
I just did this last week for the first time (from netflix). What struck me was the cardio factor involved. I had wanted more of a circuit workout, so I put on my hrm thinking I would pause and do some cardio drills between her "circuits", but my heart rate was up there enough that I never even had to do any real cardio drills! I'm going to do it again this later this week.

Have you tried her 30 day shred? I'm thinking about trying that one too. But this one will be in my rotation for a while, I wanted something total body but not to long in duration and this workout hits everything and it hits hard.
 
I did not like 30 day shred as much, but when I tried it, I wasn't really into circuit workouts. I want to give it another go now that I'm enjoying circuits.
