Jari Love

Anyone do her new Ripped and Chiseled? I have it and haven't done it yet. I watched it and there is a woman in the workout she talks to who is 57 and looks amazing. Actually both of the woman look great. Jari is a little skinnier than they are. Anyway, just wanted some feedback on the workout. Thanks.
 
I've only done it once, as I have so many others to do (Cathe's 4DS, Amy's Slo Mo, Tracey's Parts, Kelly's CSF, YBBC) that have come in recently. But I did enjoy it. Jari seems much more relaxed and less scripted. I don't remember any talk of carbs or calories. The exercises are supersetted, so you do at least two exercises per body part before moving on.

It was a little light in for the lower body. I did Low Max the day before and since that works the legs pretty well, it was a good pairing. The ab section is a "bonus" feature and it's the ab section from Slim & Lean.

As with any Jari workout, choose your weight selection carefully. My biceps were fried using 8lb dumbbells for the first section, I had to pause the tape before moving on to the second exercise (hammer curls). Next time I'm using a 12lb barbell and will use the 8's for the hammer curls. But maybe I'm a wimp. :p
