I just finished Brand New Butt & More. I loved it. I have her strike zone and kickbox circuit I previwed them they look good so I can't wait to do those. I used ankle weights and 8 lb dumbells. It was one-hour what a great change. So thanks again for mentioning this instructor.

i have two of hers but only did the balanced workout she did with scott cole. not real high intensity but its a great workout with the kickboxing/tai chi intervals. perfect for those days where you just want to move but not want to do anything hard. i have kick-it ringside but i haven't done them yet. maybe on sunday i will finally give it a try.
