Issues with Firestick

Good afternoon:

I have both the OnDemand and Live apps which I use via the Firestick. Yesterday I signed out and back into my Live app so that the latest workout would appear. When I logged back in the Live workouts will not come up at all. I tried clearing cache, restarting the Firestick, but nothing,

So I decided to download the app to my iPad Pro to watch that way. It’s telling me I do not have monthy subscription?

Could you please help me?

I am sorry you have the issues as well but I am glad it’s not just me. I thought I was losing my mind!

Still no luck this morning. Were you able to get it working yet?

No mine is still not working. I Also emailed CS but have not heard back.

I will let you know if and when I hear something.

I am having the same issue this morning on my FireTV.

I just heard back from customer support "Yes we are having an issue on FireTV. Our developer is working on it now and we hope to have it fixed soon. "
