I'm looking to add more structure to my workouts for 2015. Because of my job I typically can't work out for more than 40 minutes during the week. Is there a list of ALL of Cathe's premixes that includes the time of the premix? I'd like to categorize the premixes into categories and have the time of the premix next to it so I can just look at this sheet and pick rather than rooting through individual DVD menus.
