Is there a guide on how to use the forums?

Since the forums have had an overhaul, I'm wondering if there is anyplace to go that explains the changes and how to use them. I'm clueless when it comes to figuring out this new stuff and my patience runs pretty thin. Outside of a smiley face, I don't even know how to put other expressions in the middle of my posts. Is there any help out there for me? Does such a place exist? Yep, I'm challenged alright!

If there is, I do not know about it. I have learned the site just by doing. I am sure there are plenty of features that I am not using/aware of, but as long as I can do the basics I am happy.
