iPod help

Help! We had to "strip" our computer and lost our itunes library. They are on our ipods - but how do we take them from the ipod to itunes now? I don't want to have to redo all the CDs we put on there....

When you connect your iPod to your computer, you should be able to open your iPod library and highlight all the songs and copy them into your music library. Just make sure that iTunes isn't set for automatic synching or you'll lose everything on your iPod too.

We tried highlighting and dragging to no avail. Pasting isn't working either.

Unfortunately Apple makes it difficult to go from iPod ----> iTunes. You will need to do a google search for a program that will do this for you. I have used this one in the past and it did the trick. Last time I needed it, it was free, but I see now it will cost you some $. Keep searching and maybe you can find a free utility.
