Interval Max on VHS, if anyone would like it

Hi everyone,

I recently got the DVD containing Interval Max, so I no longer need my copy on VHS. If anyone would like it, please send me a message, and I'll mail it to you. I'm not looking for any money or anything, I just figured if anyone could make use of it, that would be cool.
