Intermediate and More Cardio w/o Jumps

Please make more basic to intermediate step and cardio workouts. I'm 61, not very coordinated and I'm not able to do all the plyos and jumps like I did in the past. I'm very active and do Cathe videos 6 out of 7 days per week. I like step but as I said, I'm not very coordinated so more basic to intermediate would be fantastic. The very first video I bought of Cathe's was Pyramid Upper and Lower Body and it's still my favorite. So, workouts like that are great, too.
 
Would love it if there were a mini-set (of three?) step tutorial videos going from beginner to intermediate. I have been using the tutorials Cathe did on YouTube to learn, but it would be great if there were actual workouts that built up the combos more slowly and that demonstrated moves that are used in the regular advanced videos.
