Insane Damage Controllers on a HUMP DAY

Good Morning!

Who doesn't love a good 'ole hump day!:D Means the week is half over and Christmas day is getting closer all the time! I still have things I need to get done:confused: It doesn't matter how early we start, we are at it till the last minute!

I am going to do a circuit workout using the TM, I think. Im not sure with what dvd though. I don't really need to do UB, just LB and I also gave that a good workout yesterday:D Oh and some abs...gotsta get them abs done!

Jacque** Sorry to hear your work load just got a whole lot heavier! That bites big time!. It takes a while to train men:D I like to blame it on their mothers...which I guess eventually someone will be blaming it on me! LOL Hopefully you can get that Christmas stuff tackled. I need to make a list of the things I have to get done and do them. I could actually do a few things today at work. Just say "I have to run to the post office" LOL
Then be gone for 2 hours!


I forgot last night that I had a cazillion snowballs to roll for DD to take to school. We looked at the coconut package yesterday and on the back it said "may contain traces of peanuts":confused: Seriously...what CAN you make for a kid to take to school? Hardly anything? So I told her to ask her teacher in the a.m if she is allowed to bring something with coconut in it.

So now I am kinda in the mood to do a Insanity workout! Stay tuned!!!

Hi Ladies,

The first spring baseball player/parent meeting was last night. Can you believe we are already gearing up for spring baseball??? They will start weekly indoor workouts/practices in Jan going through Feb. In March they will start outdoor practices up to 3 times per week for 2 hours. I'm already dreading it. It will be a short season though as it will end May 15th. The kids will all be going to high school and will have the opportunity to play summer legion ball for their high school. My oldest did this and it was my favorite...it didn't have the stress of HS spring baseball. It was much more relaxed and we got to travel a bit.

This morning I will be doing "extended lowmax" for as much time as I have. It's about 85 mins and I don't have that kind of time before work....well maybe if I didn't stop here first and drink my coffee too!:p Basically after each of the 7 segments of lowmax, you do high rep leg weights with a barbell. I'm looking forward to it.

Lori-I'm feeling a little stress as xmas is nearing. We really cut down this year so I hope the kids aren't disappointed. We had some unexpected credit card debt in the last few months and our priority is getting that pd off. May end up using our tax refund to do it which means we won't be able to get the new air conditioner.:mad: I hear yah on the peanuts. It seems there are traces of them in everything. Enjoy your circuit w/o, I know I will!

Jacque-Sorry you are being slammed at work, especially at this time of year. I have 2 full weeks off soon and am counting down the days! Men don't pick up on hints (as my dh tells me). Hopefully he's taking care of the housework, laundry etc. Maybe you can give him a list and he can take care of some of your errands for you.

Jen-I'm so sorry to hear about the death in your family. Sending hugs to you and your family.

Wendy-I was telling my DH about your string of bad luck, his response was-"that's just how it is, especially with us". You are not alone. See how easy it is to start depending on that paycheck. After we get our CC pd off we want to try putting 1/2 of each my checks in savings and see how that goes.

Laura-Are you back at work now? How was your long weekend? Hope you got a lot accomplished.
