Insane Damage Controllers...its SUNDAY!

Good Morning!

I checked in last last night so I don't have much to say, surprisingly:rolleyes: We didn't do anything last night. I put DS to bed and then we watched a movie. Prior to that, DS found a christmas gift my mom had stashed in under the bed. She didn't do a very good job of hiding it and he could see the side of the box when he went into my room. He hauled it out and said "oh wow...cool" I managed to get it away from him and hide it away again! LOL I think Im gonna have to start wrapping some gifts...for this simple reason!

So I had a peak at the scale today and I seem to be hovering around the same weight, which is good. Anytime I have hoped on this week, it seems to be sticking around the 120.9 - 122.5 range, so thats o.k. We had a treat last night as well. I feel most comfortable around 123. I also took my measurements yesterday (anyone else still do that...maybe once every couple of monthes) and I am down every where. 1/2" in waist and hips, 1" in chest, and my thighs and arms are down a little as well. Who knew now picking at night would make such a difference? And then thing is...Im not even hungry! Weird!

O.k...Its time to get this workout started and believe you me...I am in no rush!

Good Morning Girls! :D

Soooo...my azz is RAGING sore this morning! OH.MY.GOD.!!! It was sore last week when I did L&B in the same place but it hurts MORE this time! I, did, of course, use heavier weights so I suppose THAT could be a reason why! :p
My back? Nadda. Not even where I thought I pulled a muscle. Nothing! I am very surprised!

My weight is still up from Turkey Day but on the downward trend so that's good. A couple more days of being good and I should be back to a number I am happy enough with and then I can work on getting it back down to that new low I was at before all of my bad eating opportunities arose! :eek: Somehow though, I don't really see THAT happening until after the holidays. :rolleyes: BUMMER! :(

Lori:: I am only p/t at my job right now so no, I don't get paid for any holidays. Once I go f/t I will get paid though. This is why I wanted to work this weekend when the opportunity was given to me. The post I was talking about on FB was the one about the hating the scale. Is that what you thought it was?

Diana:: Yeah, I definitely will get pd for what I did at the office this weekend. You think I would have gone in otherwise??? :eek: LOL Men make great friends for women. Unfortunately a lot of folks in our society will not allow that to happen for a guy/girl in a relationship or married because everyone is so damn jealous and possessive these days. UGH. I have had men friends all of my adult life and any man I have ever dated knows not to mess with that or he gets kicked to the curb. :p

Jacque:: So how'd the last minute shopping for your MIL go?

Today's work out is Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I am considering trading it up for Max Interval Circuit since I'll have time and need to try to burn off some of the crap I've been eating! :eek: I make no promises though. I'll see how I feel about it when the time comes....

I traded up and did Max Interval Circuit...sore azz and all this morning! I am beat now! I love it!:D

Gonna be heading out in a beat to take DS somewhere. Seems pretty nice outside. Perhaps a park visit is an order. If not, then I'll offer up B&N so he can play with the train table. He likes that so we'll see.

So what rotation will you do now, Rpage? Come up with anything you like yet?

I am enjoying the X/Insanity mix so far. Once this rotation is over with, I think I will force myself to give Insanity a rest for a bit. Mixing it up is good right? I am kind of addicted to the "high" I get from finishing the Insanity work outs, I admit it. Never thought I'd say that but it's true! I don't want to burn out though so after this round I will put 'em away for a solid month and go back to SS work outs with CLX/BBC cardio maybe?? We'll see. I'm jumping way ahead of myself now! I need to stop! :p

Well I hope everyone is having a good day! The park was nice and we are heading out to the movies in about 30 minutes to see an animated film called "Area 51". It's about aliens. Looks cute.

Hi Ladies,

Well it's the dreaded day before the work week starts. My Christmas tree is up by I skipped putting up any decorations yet. I still have a few more weeks or I may just forgo it this year.

It took me a while to get my day started. I caught up on some recordings but finally worked out. I did MIS, love that weight workout. I know it's one of Cathe's older ones, but it is good ole traditional weight training and I enjoy it. After that I did Step Blast and finished up with B&G abs.

I have to be at work by 7:45 M-W this week. That totally screws up my morning w/o time. If I can manage to get up early enough, my choices include M1 insanity, 4DS BC or KB, or if I'm feeling up to it...BBC cardio. I also have the elliptical too. I just have to get up early enough-there lies the problem. Otherwise, I should have time to do something after work since I will also be leaving early.

Lori-What workout did you have planned for today?

Wendy-I finally got busy and got my w/o in today. Sounds like you are enjoying the nice weather. Have fun at the movies!

Roselyn-Have you decided on a new rotation? We all felt the need to add in some weight training after the Intense Insanity series!

Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm going to get busy making my lunches for the upcoming week.

The movie was called "Planet 51", not "Area 51". DUH! It was okay. Some cute and funny scenes in it but it wasn't nearly as good as many of the kid's flicks I've seen lately. Joey liked it though so it's all good. :D

Diana:: Glad you got in a work out today and also got caught up on some of your recordings. Don't feel bad...my tree rarely makes it up before mid December. Last year I think it took until the week before Christmas!!!:eek:
