Ok. I'm in week three of the May rotation. I followed last month's rotation also. (Cathe's rotations that is). Problem is not I'm bulky in the lower body. Jeans are way to tight!! I will gain in the legs quite quickly and it seems I've done it. I need a way to lose the bulk and get my leaner legs not to mention my butt back to where it was.
Love working my lower body, but I haven't had this much muscle gains in a long time.
I have all the hard core series, High Step Training, KPC-legs and glutes, supersets/push pull, time saver, terminator, the whole intensity series, slow and heavy, Rhythmic Step + Interval Max + Maxium Intensity Cardio, cross train express, circuit max/cardio kicks, and Power Hour + Maximum Intensity Strength + Body Max. I have been really building my workouts up these last 6 months.
