Hello all! Has anybody experienced impingement of the shoulder? I have been diagnosed w/this, suppose to talk to a sports orthopedic/arthoscopic specialist Tuesday morning to see what needs to be done. They are speaking of going in arthoscopically and chipping some bone away so my tendons will stop tearing. My doc said that it isn't short term he's worried about but long term as the tendons thin as you get older and if I don't do anything about it, it may eventually get to what they call a "frozen shoulder". Anybody with experience in this area?
