Imax 3

Hey everyone! Here is my question. I am in LOVE with Imax 3 blasts only. For the past couple of weeks I have been a crazy girl and have done this premix 2x in one workout. I know A-Jock combines this premix with Imax2 so I know there are others out there that like high intensity. Do you all think doing Imax3, twice, though is too hard? I also preceed this with the blast challenge from KM. I am wondering if I am actually making this too hard? Please let me know what you think and if you have any good mish-moshes. I do have lots of my own, just would like to know what others do. Thanks all.

HI Kristen,

I think it's about how you and your body feel. How's your body reacting to it? Heartrate? I love the blasts only, in fact, one of my favorite A-Jock's mish moshes is the Imax 2 blasts only, Step Blast Challenge only, Imax 2 blasts only and the Bootcamp Cardio Mix. Love that workout and the way I feel with this. It's about how you are feeling. Yesterday I did Imax Extreme and then later I did 7.5 minutes on the elliptical in the 80% heart rate range - felt great. I won't do that all the time, but I do crazy stuff once or twice per week:)

If it's working for you, I'd say go for it!

Thanks! I need this encouragement because I do love to do "crazy" Cathe sometimes. I think I should consider also doing some lower impact stuff too, though. Isn't it amazing, though, how with the premixes, a person can really give themselves a doozy of a workout! Gotta love it }(

HI Kristen, I need to correct mine above - it's Imax 3 blasts first, then SB Challenge, Imax 2 blasts, BC Cardio. It's a great one.

Yes, it's fun putting these together! I'd love to hear some of the ones you have liked!

Wow! Your workout sounds "horribly" wonderful. }( Here are two of my favorites:

1. K, P, C intermediate + high intensity
2. KM blast challenge
3. BC cardio 2x
4. KM blast challenge (again)
5. K, P, C high intensity (again)
6. K, P, C kicking & punching combos


1. Drill Max cardio blast
2. Imax 3 blasts only
3. CF drillmax drills 1-6 (again)
4. CF BM2 power circuit segment -- no weights
5. HSTA cardio #5, #3, #5, #3, #4


These are both awesome sweat fests !!! }(
