Ok, so I'm sure that some of you remember the last pregnant nightmare, well, I'm back. I just found out today, and am only 4 weeks along. Here are some questions for you all to help me with.
First of all when did you start to modify your workouts, right away or not until your body told you to. Second of all, with the wieghts training, I usually do MIS and PH, with as hi or weight as I can (especially with MIS.) Are they still safe, or should I lighten my load right away? I don't meet with a doctor for quite some time, so I just want to make sure that I am not harming myself by still doing a lot of the same things that I usually do.
