I just discovered the lower body workout on the Firm's Super Body Sculpt. The DVD has 3 short workouts: UB, LB and abs. I haven't tried the abs, and the UB workout wasn't tough enough for me, but the LB workout gave me DOMS for a week. I just did it again, without weights, and only did about half the reps. The entire LB workout is only 15 minutes and, maybe it's just me, but iI find it really challenging, and it's so simple to follow even this klutz who has never completed a Cathe step WO was able to do the moves! I love accomplishing so much in such a VERY short time. :D
