Good morning,

I have been doing Gym Style Serious for 6 weeks as follow.

Monday- Chest and Tris
Tuesday- Cardio
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Back, Shoulders, Biceps
Saturday- Cardio

I have no idea what to do next, I don't own many of Cathes DVs. If anyone has any recomendations I would greatly appreciated. I have been lifting heavy and would like to continue to build lean muscle mass and define. Thank you!

Have you thought about S&H and just making sure you switch up your cardio so your body doesn't get to used to what you are doing? It sounds like you don't want to change things up too much since you are seeing results and want to continue with seeing those results. Maybe you don't need to change anything yet? Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide to do next.

Fitness Freak has some good one body part per day rotations, maybe that would be an idea. She has one that combines 2 body part workouts on the same day plus adding in some shorter more intense cardio.

For instance...

Monday...Chest from Slow&Heavy followed by Chest from Power Hour then a 30 minute blast cardio premix

Mon---chest, cardio
Tues..back, cardio
Wed--legs, abs
Thur--Shoulder, cardio
Fri...biceps + triceps
Sat...longer steady state cardio + abs....or shorter cardio + floor legs
Sun...rest day

Just a thought....
