Cathlete
Hi, all. I know that many of you are interested in a BOSU workout from Cathe. I am, too - and have an idea.
I sometimes use my BOSU for Cathe's high step workouts (during the cardio portions of HSTA, HSC, and HSCh, for example). I also use my BOSU during Cathe's step workouts that feature the 'short' step (Body Fusion and Low Impact Step).
Soemtimes, if I'm not feeling particularly clumsy, I'll use my BOSU during some of Cathe's lower body work (like when she does drop squats, one legged squats, or hamstring floor work using a 10" high step, I will instead use the BOSU).
What if Cathe were to make a BOSU/lower body circuit workout alternating cardio segments with lower body segments. Cathe herself could use a BOSU (or a high step) and some of her crew could use a BOSU and some of Cathe's crew could use a high step. The high step could be kept at 8" during the entire workout so that both groups (the BOSU group and the high step group) would get roughly the same workout.
Also, the DVD could include a bonus upper body section using either the high step, the BOSU, or both - OR - a bonus cardio section using just the BOSU, and then use this for premixes.
Just an idea.
(Oh, and it'd be cool to if there was an ab/core segment. I'd love to see what kind of ab work Cathe would put together using the BOSU!!!)
