Janice, I seriously think you could achieve the look you want on your own! Sister, you know what to do!! Get your hands on the Gym Styles or P90X...don't you already have P90X? The hardest part will be diet. Their diets are pretty strict. Still, there is no reason you cannot do it! Just sit down with a calendar, work up a rotation and meal plans.

There are some things to remember. The women on the competition stage:
1. They do not look like that year round and sdmit to it. They usually sport 15% fat off season and 9%-10% fat during competition.
2. Weeks to a few months prior to stage time, they cut carbs like crazy and admit to being *difficult* to be around do to low glycogen levels.
3. When preparing for stage, they do cardio twice a day to get the fat down to single digits.
4. The week leading up to stage time, they begin a *dehydration* process so that the muscles appear more cut.

So, there are things to think about when making "stage ready" a goal for your everyday look. Just like an airbrushed magazine cover...it's not what it appears.

HOWEVER...I think that you can still achieve a strong, chiseled look on your own! It will take hard work and discipline but you can do it! Have you read BFFM? That book will motivated you like crazy by the time you are done with Chapter 2!
