In 2 weeks I'm getting new discs for my lower back!!! I'm just counting the days until the doctor gives me the A.O.K. to get back on the exercise "horse" so to speak:)But I have to take it soooo easy at first to see what I can and can't do...

He did however, say "Off the record, What the heck were you doing trying to do those kind of exercises, those are way to advanced?!?" He was referring to the famous rocket lifts everyone here loves to hate;) And others...I was thinking, gee I didn't think they were THAT advanced, or I didn't think I was THAT out of shapex(

Anyway, forced to modify. I really wish Cathe had more beginner dvds:(

But soon I'll be playing out in the yard with my kids:):):) I just wanted to share, I'm soooo happy to be able to join everyone here again soon. Until then, I think I'll focus on the clean eating check-in...

Yeah!!!:) You must be thrilled!
I am going to be in the same boat come July 2nd. I am getting a new right hip after years of torture, I finally decided to go for it!:7

I too, will be concentrating on clean eating and stuff, all my best to you and your new back!

I was a competitive bodybuilder for 12 years, and a dancer, and over the years the wear and tear has turned my right hip into an arthritic mess!x(

Arthritis also runs in the family, so since its gotten real bad over the last few years (but I still do my Cathe and P90X workouts, modified if I have too), I chose to get the mini-hip replacement.
Mary Lou Retton, the Olympic gymnast had the same surgery on her hip, so I feel like I am in good company:)

But enough about my silly woes, I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery, make sure to listen to your therapist and heal up good before tackling BM2 again!:7
