Hello

I've been doing DVD workouts only since Feb 2007. I discovered Cathe and Jari. But off course, my favorite is Cathe. I almost regret buying Jari.

For the 1st time this morning I did the Double Upper Body Premix in Body Max 2. So I workout out my arms, back and chest for 40 minutes. Wow. My arms are still shaking (3 hours later). I do Jari but don't feel like that since I guess it works out all the parts of the body not just 40 min of the arms/chest/back.

I almost feel like getting Muscle Max, Triceps / Chest and Biceps/Back/shoulders Gym Style Workouts (I have butts and guts, which I love too and make me sore for 2 days, so I won't get the Leg workout). But I am thinking that may be I am not ready for this yet. Should I use Jari and the workouts I have to get stronger and then go more intense and buy weights DVD from Cathe or should I right away get them? I have spent so much lately on DVD's... I feel I should may be just concentrate on them. I am definetly not strong yet. I never really did weights before Feb 2007. I love it and see the results.

I think I will do more weights and less Cardio in the next month and see how I feel.

Any suggestions since you guys have more experience than me.

Here are the DVD's I own:

Cathe: Body Max 2, Low Impact, Butts and Guts, Stretch Max (only to relax my sore muscles)
Jari: Slim & Lean (my favorite from the serie), To the Core, 1000

May be focus on Butts and Guts, Body Max 2 weights part, Slim and Lean for this month and increase my weight training.

Thank you for your suggestions

Dude, I don't care who you are, the double upper body premix on BM2 is HARD and my arms are shaking like crazy after! Don't think you're weak because of that!

I say go for more Cathe, since you like her so much. Her full body weight workouts are wonderful and the Gym Styles are brilliant. And you don't have to start off matching Cathe on weights. Heck, I STILL don't match her on some things.

Be warned - Gym Style Chest and Triceps starts with 72 push-ups;-)

I definitely agree on getting the Gym Style workouts. You adjust your weights according to your level...that's all.
