I have noticed that when I do Slo-Mo Challenge and Slow and Heavy, my hunger is almost out of control. Has anyone else noticed this? Any advice for controlling my hunger???
Yes!!! I get so hungry after strength training. I was just telling my sister the other day about this. When I do cardio I never get as hungry. I have no Idea what to tell you about how to control it. Maybe a protein drink will help. With me I just eat 6 small meals a day. I would love to know what others do too.
