Okay, I just have to share this.
Tonight I did Step, Jump and Pump. At first, I wasn't sure I was in the mood to do it, but I kept at it - the music is AWESOME. When I hit the floor for the chest and tricep portion I was feeling pretty spunky - here alone, working out - so during the triceps the song "I can't live" came on - LOVE that song, I started singing - sounding like a fool, but couldn't help it- then Cathe said "I know you are singing this at home!!" How'd she know!!!?!?? I've been caught.... but I kept singing.
