How to access premixes using OnDemand?

I know I've accessed premixes using OnDemand before, but I can't seem to find them now. I've been using OnDemand for a few weeks and have mainly done the regular workouts. Try as I might I can't access the premixes. When I click on the DVD, I don't see an option for the premixes anywhere.

The easiest way to access our premixes is to use one of our OnDemand apps, but I'm guessing you're using your computer? If this is the case just make sure you're logged into your account and then click on the Workout Blender link ( https://cathe.com/stream/wb/ ) Next to each video you will see a "show premixes" dropdown. Just click on the arrow and all of the premixes for that video will show. If you're using one of our apps I will need to know which one so I can assist you further. Hope this helps.
