How often does Cathe check in?

Just curious if you know if Cathe usually checks in daily or once weekly? I haven't seen much of her lately. Maybe she'll have a surprise announcement? Hee hee!! Just wishful thinking

I think it just varies depending on how busy she is. I'm hoping for an announcement soon about the next workouts myself!!
