How much cardio?

If you are just doing cardio alone...you might not get much defintion. Definition is easier to get by doing weight workouts along with cardio...:)

But, but...I thought Miss Michele loved doing cardio? }( Isn't she taking extra step classes at the gym b/c she wore all of her Cathe workouts out? And isn't she training to become a certified aerobics instructor...oh and I also thought she was training for a marathon this yr...tell me Im not dreaming?!!!!!!!!!!!!:+

yes, I'm doing weight workouts I just wanted to make sure how much cardio I should do to get more defintion out of my weight workouts? Thank you, Lori
 
Lori...when I cut back my cardio to 3 days a week doing P90X I got great definition...try that for about 6 weeks and if you don't see any improvement then try weights adding more cardio. Sometimes it is just finding out what works for you...:)
