How much am I supposed to eat?

I have cleaned up my eating and have been perfect for the past four days. I have lost a couple of pounds which can't be water weight because I am drinking well over 9 glasses a day. I have read the Eat Clean Diet from cover to cover and she does not give recommendations for how many calories I should eat. I work out at least 6 days per week. I just had my second baby and weigh what I weighed before I was pregnant for the first baby. I really don't know how much I should weight at this point. I just saw on the Today show that because I am 5' 3" I should weigh 115. That just doesn't seem realistic for me personally. I have no idea how many calories I burn each day or how many I should consume to lose weight or what my ideal weight should be. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My suggestion would be to ditch the scale. It's a very small indicator of how you are doing. The scale will fluctuate for more reasons than fat gain or loss.
You can lose an entire pant size and the scale will never move. If you gain muscle and lose fat, it will be a wash on the scale but you'll find yourself in a smaller size.
Find a pair of jeans you like or want to fit into and try them on every day. Or use a tape measure.

I agree with Fit_Mommy about tracking your daily nutrition. You need to know everything you are eating. Keeping a journal is the best way to know for sure.
