How do you report a post?

I feel so useless when I come on and see a lame post that's clearly up here for selling purposes or a post that's obviously been run through faulty translating software, and I can't do anything about it because I have no clue how! Help!!

The little yellow triangle with the exclamation point in it at the top of every post. Click on it!

Just click on the Alert icon in the upper right of the header of each thread. It looks like a yellow triangle.
