How do you find the cheat sheets to make mish moshes??

I want to start making mish moshes(I'm not quite ready for Aquajocks--it's a "work in progress" I like to say

I read somewhere about cheat sheets here on the forum and I've actually SEEN them but I can't remember how I did it.

Any hints out there??
