I recently looked at some power lifting sites, forget why, probably exercise form or something else...but I saw these teeny tiny women lifting enormous weights, bench press, squats, deadlifts, just 97 or 105 lbs. they were, and lifting well over their own weight, what gives? Is this just progressively lifting heavier on a few exercises or what?
Really would like to be able to lift heavier, within a reasonable amount of time, how do they do it? ( no vitamin answers please....
