how do i use the workout manager?

when i click on the tab i just get:

Today's Progress
and to put in a health log

i would like to use it because i am planning to start sts again

ps:i am unable to respond

Hi Laura,

Do you see a menu bar across the top that shows calendar/STS/nutrition/Challenges, etc? You should be able to click into those links as long as you are signed in to Cathe's site. The calendar is where you can log daily workouts to track calories, distance, etc.
