How can I help her?

A friend just told me about the problems she and her husband have been experiencing. They are finally in couples counseling, but she can't remember what attracted her to him to start with. She gives me the impression that they have both given up on the marriage. They have 2 young children (married about 8 years). What can I do or say to help her right now. I just listened for the most part when she told me the details. She really just wanted to talk.

So other than more listening, any advice on something concrete to say or do to help her?
