I was just on the FB, and I clicked on a paid add for Sensa. Patti Stanger (the Millionaire Matchmaker.) is a spokesperson for them. Anywhoo, I watched her videos where she is promoting Sensa.
So, I investigated further. What I discovered was that the ingredients include silica. I remembered that on here, I had read not too long ago, about silica drops. So, of course, I investigated further.
One of the good sources for silica is (hold your breath, drum roll please) horsetail. I have been using horsetail for years for thinning hair. Apparently, its also good for broken bones and UTIs. Anywhoo, so I just thought I would pass this information along. If anyone was thinking about the Sensa, look into whether or not you think that the active ingredients are something that maybe you already take.
