HIIT

I'm in. I want to incorporate 2 HITT sessions per week with 1 ss. Today I did 20 min. 1 min all out with 1 min recovery standing on the side of the treadmill. my settings were at 9mph at a 5% incline. i repeated it 10 times. it was INTENSE and i loved every second of it.
