HIIT ROUTINES FOR AT HOME

does anyone have any HIIT routines that i can do at home, i am really trying to incorporate this into my training but am having a hard time understanding exactly what to do.
 
Hi Amanda,

Do yu have a treadmill or elliptical? If you did, you could do something like:

Just run for 25 mins and do the following:

5 mins warm up

30 sec fast and 90 sec slow for 14 minutes (7 times in total each)

then cooldown for several minutes totaling about 25 mins ..

Yesterday I did Hiit on the stationary bike.

5 min. warm up
20 min. of 30 seconds as fast as I could and 30 seconds slower (recovery)
5 min. cool down
