High Step DVDS vs. SJP, Imax3, Cardio& Weights

I received 3 high step dvds rather than the three advertised in the club step/dvd package. Who thinks I should keep the high step dvds? Thanks Melissa

For me, I much prefer the SJP/IMAX combo. I hate leg presses which are a big thing in HSTA but HSTA is a great circuit workout and has some different moves that aren't on other DVDs. I don't have High Step Circuit but that it considered more intermediate. HSTA doesn't have any core work. HSC does.

I don't do circuit workouts as much as separate cardio and strength so I don't use them too much. I love the IMAXes and get a lot of use out of them. SJP/SB gives you so many premixes (over 20) which gives you a lot of options. SJP and C&W have great core routines. IMAX 3 is my favorite IMAX and Step Blast is my favorite Cathe step right behind Rhythmic Step. Cardio & Weights will still give you one circuit workout.

I guess it depends what you plan on using more.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't like too many leg presses either. I decided to get the original three that were suppose to come in the package. I have wanted SJP for a while. Also, I don't have many circuit worouts, so this will add a lot of variety.
