I just wanted to say thanks for your advice on my kneecap pain problem. I found that when I concentrate on keeping my knees out on the squats, I don't get the twinges. I never would have picked up on that! Thanks again.

Glad I could help!

It's a form pointer that no one seems to make in video workouts (aside from Tracie Long in the TLT's): lots of videos and books talk about not letting the knee go out over the toe, but few, except for those written by PT's maybe, or those concerned with rehab or injury prevention, address the knee buckling.
